My first interview was half maths and half economics - there was a problem sheet with some questions about probability and economics graphs, followed by a scenario question involving interest rates.
My second interview was more personalised, and they discussed things from my personal statement and I had to interpret a graph.
I went through some of my notes from IB Economics and answered some questions I found online out loud - I think this helped quite a bit but mostly I was just trying to practise thinking through some potential scenarios.

My advice would be not to worry if you get stuck on some of the questions - we all struggle while we’re nervous and the interviewers are really just looking for someone who would be enjoyable to teach and is eager to learn. Don’t worry too much about preparation because the interview is different for everyone!
