We did not talk about anything other than the resources - nothing on my personal statement. There was one article on human geography where we discussed the themes and drew different conclusions and generated discussion and then I looked at a map and we did the same. Once I had gotten into the flow of chatting with them it became more natural and although I was getting things completely wrong and muddled up I didn't feel judged about my knowledge, more that they were listening to my train of thought and seeing how I came to my conclusions.

Even so, I wish I had practised with a teacher I didn't know because it is SO DIFFERENT when they are a stranger and one of the top people in their field!
Practise speaking out loud about anything and everything. I used to go on walks with my family and chat away about whatever I had found interesting that day and being able to quickly and clearly communicate what you think about something and why is a skill that needs practice because the interview is a stressful environment and so if you don't naturally default to talking then they can't see how you think which is what they are looking at.
Nevertheless do not be afraid of taking a few moments to think before you start to speak and make sure you know (vaguely) where you are going with your answer else you can end up saying a lot but ending up nowhere.
