Remember this advice isn't official. There is no guarantee it will reflect your experience because university applications can change between years. Check the official Cambridge and Oxford websites for more accurate information on this year's application format and the required tests.
Also, someone else's experience may not reflect your own. Most interviews are more like conversations than tests and like, any conversation, they are quite interactive.
I had 2 20 minute interviews in December. I stayed overnight in the college on the Friday and they were both in the morning on Saturday - in each, 2 interviewers had 10 minutes each to ask questions.
Before the interview (a few weeks earlier) they had asked me to supply topics of interest in the medical field, and one of the interviewers talked about one of these in his 10 minutes. With another I discussed an unseen experiment, and with another we spoke about the medical practice. With the other we talked about a topic which I knew nothing about - they were exploring my thinking process.
Revised an overview of the functions of the various organs of the human body, and read ‘Good Medical Practice’
Don’t overthink how your interview went - try to put it out of your mind until you find out.
