Practise talking your thought process out loud.

Remember this advice isn't official. There is no guarantee it will reflect your experience because university applications can change between years. Check the official Cambridge and Oxford websites for more accurate information on this year's application format and the required tests.

Also, someone else's experience may not reflect your own. Most interviews are more like conversations than tests and like, any conversation, they are quite interactive.

What happened in your interview? How did you feel?

15 minutes on my personal statement, the rest discussing a text in the target languages which I had received ten minutes prior to each interview.

How did you prepare for your interviews?

I made sure I reread everything on my personal statement and could speak confidently about the topics while expressing my opinions.

If you took a test, how did you prepare?

Practice papers

What advice would you give to future applicants?

There are no wrong answers; interviewers just want to see how you think and see whether or not you can form opinions and arguments.
