Remember this advice isn't official. There is no guarantee it will reflect your experience because university applications can change between years. Check the official Cambridge and Oxford websites for more accurate information on this year's application format and the required tests.
Also, someone else's experience may not reflect your own. Most interviews are more like conversations than tests and like, any conversation, they are quite interactive.
Test taken: Biomedical Admissions Test (BMAT)
Number of interviews: 2
Time between interviews: 1-2 days

Started with my personal statement question to ease into the interview and each interviewer asked me about a different theme: my personal interest in medicine, COVID and psychological and social factors/science and graph interpretation/pre-reading followed up by a task or role-play/ questions about the Astrazenca vaccine/ interpreting more graphs

My advice would be: be completely yourself, talk about things that genuinely interest you, rather than what you think they want to hear - passion cannot be faked. Talk to lots and lots of people about your ideas, get thought processes running engage in scientific discussion - there isn’t much opportunity for this at school so go out of your way to do it :)
